In the end I didn't go for the sticker sealing method as the material is quite think and very sticky, it has a permanent sort of finish to it. More like a vinyl, than a sticker. The sticker just needed to tack the envelope flap down and not completely hold it down, so I went the safe route and created a tab and slit.
These stickers will be downloadable and available to order from the Don't Sin Just Bin facebook and twitter pages, I tested out the black sticker as I prefer it slightly, it has more impact.
